Privacy Policy

Wellora is a personal wellbeing companion made by Raga Consulting Pty Ltd in Australia. Your privacy comes first. This policy explains, in plain words, what we collect, how we use it, where it lives, and the control you have. The short version: your data is yours, we never sell it, and we use no advertising or analytics trackers.
What we collect
- Account details: the email address or mobile number you sign in with, and your name, which we use only to greet you.
- Health and activity, with your permission: steps, distance, active energy, active minutes, stairs, sleep, weight, and cardio fitness (VO2 max) from Apple Health. We read this data only. We never write anything back to Apple Health.
- Your practices: the mood check-ins, reflections, breathing sessions, and connections you choose to log.
- A profile photo, if you add one. It stays on your device and is never uploaded or shared.
We do not collect your contacts, your location, or any advertising identifiers.
How we use it
- To show your activity and your Wellness Score, your trends over time, and gentle, optional reminders.
- That is all. We do not sell your data, and we use no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Data from Apple Health is never used for advertising or marketing.
- Your Wellness Score is a general wellbeing measure, not a medical or clinical assessment.
Where your data lives, and who can access it
- Your account data is stored encrypted and hosted in Australia (Amazon Web Services, Sydney region), protected in transit and at rest.
- Your raw health information is owner-only by design. We have deliberately locked down access so that no one at Wellora reads your exact weight, step counts, or daily logs while running the service, and we never sell or share them.
- Wellora is solo. Nothing you log is shared with any other user. If a future version lets you join a program, you would choose what to share, and you could withdraw it at any time.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run Wellora: cloud hosting in Australia, and a provider that delivers your one-time sign-in code by email or text. They process only what is needed to provide that function, and never for their own purposes.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your device. You choose the times, you can turn any of them off, and they never carry your health numbers.
Your rights and choices
- Export: you can export everything we hold for you, from inside the app, at any time.
- Delete: you can delete your account from inside the app. When you do, your account and data are permanently and completely erased straight away.
- Apple Health: you can disconnect Apple Health at any time from Manage my data.
- Access and correction: you can ask us for a copy of your information or to correct it. Most of this you can also do yourself in the app.
- Complaints: if you have a concern we have not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Not a medical device
Wellora supports healthy habits. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. If you have a health concern, please speak with a qualified professional.
Children
Wellora is for people aged 18 and over.
